Negation in the Future Tense: لَنْ

I will not be

أنا لَنْ أَكُونَ

I will not be late.

لَنْ أَكُونَ مُتَأَخِّرًا.

We will not be

نَحْنُ لَنْ نَكُونَ

We will not be there.

لَنْ نَكُونَ هُنَاكَ.

You will not be (masc)

أَنْتَ لَنْ تَكُونَ

You will not be accepted.

لَنْ تَكُونَ مَقبُولاً.

You will not be (fem)

👇

أَنْتِ لَنْ تَكُونِي

You will not be ready.

لَنْ تَكُونِي جَاهِزَةً.

You will not be (dual)

👇

أَنْتُمَا لَنْ تَكُونَا

You will not be on time.

لَنْ تَكُونَا فِي الوَقْتِ.

You will not be (plural masc)

أَنْتُمْ لَنْ تَكُونُوا

You will not be with us.

لَنْ تَكُونُوا مَعَنَا.

You will not be (plural fem)

أَنْتُنَّ لَنْ تَكُنَّ

لَنْ يَكُونَ قَائِدًا.
